The Digital Economy Bill 2010 allows multiplexes to alter their covgerage areas. We have applied to Ofcom for the North Sussex part of our multiplex area to be covered by an extension of the existing Sussex Coast multiplex (to create a Sussex County multiplex), with our multiplex focusing on the Surrey County.

We have yet to receive approval for this request, but we are pressing ahead to launch the combined multiplex, with its enlarged coverage area.
