		<description>It's nice to see somebody else apart from the usual players actually bidding for a mux. These are supposed to be local but all the mux's to date seem to go to Large corporates, compounding  claims of DAB being a rubbish concept due to the "gatekeepers" monopoly syndrome!</description>
