The multiplex serves much of Suffolk, covering Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft, and extending along the coast from Felixstowe to Southwold. It also reaches inland across market towns and rural areas, with coverage stretching west towards Sudbury and the Cambridgeshire border.
