The PPA for Surrey covers 594,210 households.  Within this defined area, our multiplex covers 476,139 (80.1%) of these households.  The total number of households covered by the multiplex is 1,900,619.

To receive the multiplex ensure you do a ‘full retune’ on your radio receiver.

If there are any stations that you listen to at the moment on analogue radio that we have not mentioned, we suggest that you contact those stations directly, encouraging them to join the multiplex.

DAB Use

In Surrey 41.0% of all radio listening is to DAB digital radio and 65.3% of listeners tune in to DAB in an average week.

Coverage

The multiplex is broadcasting with transmitters at Crystal Palace, Guildford, Reigate, Stoke D’Abernon, Hungry Hill, Dorking and Caterham Old Park Wood

Other transmitters may be launched during the licence term to enhance and increase coverage.
