Due to international frequency constraints transmitters are grouped on two separate frequencies, with Arfon, Llanddona, Amlwch Nebo and Holyhead South on 10D and Conway, Penmaen Rhos and Gwaebysgor on 12D. Some car radios may have trouble dynamically switching between the two transmitters – a work around is to set two presets for your favourite stations, one for each frequency.

DAB Use

In North Wales, 66.5% of listeners tune in using DAB Digital Radio, which accounts for 39.3% of all radio listening.
